Kate Guyett M.A., BCBA, R.B.A. (Ont.), Registered Behaviour Analyst.
Kate is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A., Ont.) with a strong academic and professional background in supporting individuals through evidence-based interventions. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Trent University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology. Driven by her passion for helping others, she began her career as an Instructor Therapist in 2016. She later completed the BACB Verified Course Sequence through the Florida Institute of Technology, becoming a BCBA. With her diverse experience, Kate has worked in various settings, including 1:1 therapy, group learning, and implementing ABA strategies in academic environments. She is committed to empowering individuals and fostering meaningful progress in their lives.
Anda Koncz, M.Ed. Senior Therapist
Anda holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Behaviour Analysis from George Brown College (2021) and a Master of Education in Special Education from the University of British Columbia (2023). With over seven years of experience, she has supported individuals with developmental disabilities aged 3 to 30+ in clinical, educational, recreational, and in-home settings across Toronto and Vancouver. Recently promoted to a Senior Therapist role, Anda is actively working toward her BCBA certification. She is passionate about building meaningful connections with clients and their families and is a dedicated advocate for the empowerment and inclusion of vulnerable populations.
Dinith Wijesuriya Instructor Therapist
Dinith is a compassionate professional with over three years of experience supporting individuals with autism in Sri Lanka and Canada. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of West London, UK, and a postgraduate certificate in Addictions and Mental Health from Fanshawe College. Dinith is committed to creating meaningful connections and fostering progress in his work. Passionate about music, he also promotes the message “Treat People With Kindness” in all aspects of life.
Alexandra Tsoi Instructor Therapist
Alex holds a Behavioural Sciences Diploma and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Behavioural Psychology from Seneca College. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, she strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment that addresses each individual’s unique needs. Dedicated to fostering well-being and growth, Alex focuses on empowering clients to build independence and develop essential life skills.
Amrita Galhan Instructor Therapist
Amrita holds a deep commitment to fostering positive change and brings patience, empathy, and kindness to every aspect of her work. She is passionate about helping others and advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health disorders. Currently pursuing a degree in Behavioural Science at Humber College, she plans to become a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and further her education with a master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Applied Disability Studies. Amrita promotes love and understanding while providing the highest quality support to children and families, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Taiya Marshall Instructor Therapist
Taiya holds an educational background in Behavioural Psychology from Seneca College and is passionate about fostering growth and delivering thoughtful, client-centered care. With a warm and empathetic approach, she brings strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to supporting others. She aspires to become an occupational therapist in the future and is eager to continue making a positive impact through her work.
Malik Hamdan Clinical Director
Malik has been dedicated to helping individuals with diverse needs since 2011, bringing a wealth of experience across multiple disciplines. He earned his bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Therapy and Audiology from Jordan University of Science & Technology in 2010 and later expanded his expertise with a graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Sciences from Mohawk College in 2019. Throughout his career, he has worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Audiologist, and ABA Therapist, progressing to Lead Therapist, then Senior Therapist, and now serving as a Clinical Director. Currently completing a master’s degree in Communication Sciences at Western University, Malik remains committed to providing evidence-based care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals and families he serves.
Gyath ShammhaDirector/Co-Founder
Gyath has over 13 years of experience as a dedicated professional and holds a master’s degree in Emergency Service Management along with a bachelor’s degree in EMS Administration /Paramedic. With years of hands-on experience in the field, he was driven by a passion for helping others and took the next step by establishing this business to support individuals with special needs and make a meaningful impact in the community.
