We are proud to provide exceptional, evidence-based, individualized services for children and youth with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.
Anda Koncz, M.Ed. Anda holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Behaviour Analysis from George Brown College (2021) and a Master of Education in Special Education from the University of British Columbia (2023). With over seven years of experience, she has supported individuals with developmental disabilities aged 3 to 30+ in clinical, educational, recreational, and in-home settings across Toronto and Vancouver. Recently promoted to a Senior Therapist role, Anda is actively working toward her BCBA certification. She is passionate about building meaningful connections with clients and their families and is a dedicated advocate for the empowerment and inclusion of vulnerable populations.

Anda holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Behaviour Analysis from George Brown College (2021) and a Master of Education in Special Education from the University of British Columbia (2023). With nearly a decade of experience, she has supported individuals with developmental disabilities, ages 3 to 30+, in clinical, educational, recreational, and in-home settings across Toronto and Vancouver. Anda joined the company as a Senior Therapist in May 2025 and was recently promoted to Clinical Supervisor, reflecting her dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based care. She earned her BCBA and RBA (Ont.) certifications in April and May 2026, respectively. Anda is passionate about building meaningful connections with clients and their families while advocating for the empowerment, inclusion, and long-term success of the individuals she supports.

Jacquelyn Leroux
Clinical Supervisor
BCBA (Ont.), Registered Behaviour Analyst.

Jacquelyn is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behaviour Analyst (Authorizing Autonomous Practice) with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). She is passionate about helping children, youth, and families build meaningful skills that promote independence, confidence, and success in everyday life. Jacquelyn has experience providing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services across home, school, clinic, and community settings. She supports individuals in developing communication, social, emotional regulation, daily living, and academic readiness skills through individualized, evidence based programming tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts (Specialized Honours) in Child Studies, and a Master of Arts in Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis. As a Clinical Supervisor at OBSS, Jacquelyn oversees client programming, conducts assessments, provides parent coaching, and supports clinical staff to ensure high quality, client centered care.

Dinith is a compassionate professional with over three years of experience supporting individuals with autism in Sri Lanka and Canada. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of West London, UK, and a postgraduate certificate in Addictions and Mental Health from Fanshawe College. Dinith is committed to creating meaningful connections and fostering progress in his work. Passionate about music, he also promotes the message “Treat People With Kindness” in all aspects of life.

Alexandra Tsoi
Instructor Therapist

Alex holds a Behavioural Sciences Diploma and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Behavioural Psychology from Seneca College. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, she strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment that addresses each individual’s unique needs. Dedicated to fostering well-being and growth, Alex focuses on empowering clients to build independence and develop essential life skills.

Houriya Nazakat
Instructor Therapist

Houriya is a Master’s student in Developmental Psychology and Education at OISE with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis across clinical and educational settings. She supports children using evidence based, culturally responsive approaches and is known for her strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work with families. Houriya is currently working toward BCBA certification.

Malik earned his bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Therapy and Audiology from Jordan University of Science & Technology in 2010. Malik also holds a graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Sciences from Mohawk College in 2019.

Malik Hamdan 
Clinical Director

Malik has been dedicated to helping individuals with diverse needs since 2011, bringing a wealth of experience across multiple disciplines. He earned his bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Therapy and Audiology from Jordan University of Science & Technology in 2010 and later expanded his expertise with a graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Sciences from Mohawk College in 2019. Throughout his career, he has worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Audiologist, and ABA Therapist, progressing to Lead Therapist, then Senior Therapist, and now serving as a Clinical Director. Currently completing a master’s degree in Communication Sciences at Western University, Malik remains committed to providing evidence-based care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals and families he serves.

Gyath has over 13 years of experience as a dedicated professional and holds a master’s degree in Emeregncy Service Management along with a bachelor’s degree in EMS Adminstrrtion /Paramedic. With years of hands-on experience in the field, he was driven by a passion for helping others and took the next step by establishing this business to support individuals with special needs and make a meaningful impact in the community.

Gyath Shammha
Director/Co-Founder

Gyath has over 13 years of experience as a dedicated professional and holds a master’s degree in Emergency Service Management along with a bachelor’s degree in EMS Administration /Paramedic. With years of hands-on experience in the field, he was driven by a passion for helping others and took the next step by establishing this business to support individuals with special needs and make a meaningful impact in the community.
