Careers at OBSS: Build a Career That Changes Lives
Join a BCBA-led team helping children with autism grow in communication, independence, and confidence. Whether you're an Instructor Therapist starting your ABA career or an experienced Registered Behaviour Analyst, you'll find mentorship, flexibility, and work that truly matters.
Why Clinicians Choose a Career at OBSS
Great therapy starts with a supported team. That's why we invest in the people who deliver it, from your first shadow session to your next career step.
Meaningful Work
You'll see the impact of your work every week, whether it's a child's first words, a calmer bedtime, or a new friendship at school.
BCBA Mentorship
Every Instructor Therapist works under ongoing supervision from a Registered Behaviour Analyst. As a result, you're never left alone with a tricky case, and you keep learning as you go.
Flexible Scheduling
Because we run sessions seven days a week, you can build a schedule around school, family, or other commitments, including evenings and weekends.
Training & Development
New team members receive paid onboarding and hands-on training. In addition, we support ongoing learning and professional growth.
Multidisciplinary Team
Work alongside behaviour analysts, speech-language pathologists, and occupational therapists. Consequently, you'll see how great care fits together.
Home, Centre & Community
Choose in-home caseloads across the GTA, sessions at our Mississauga centre, or a mix of both, depending on the role.

No. You can apply if you hold RBT certification or are currently working toward it. What matters most is a solid understanding of ABA principles, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Yes. Depending on the role and current caseloads, we offer full-time, part-time, and contract positions. Because sessions run seven days a week, part-time schedules can often fit around school or other work.
Our centre is at 39 Dundas St E, Suite 206, Mississauga. In addition, our in-home team serves families across Mississauga, Toronto, Etobicoke, Brampton, Hamilton, Oakville, Burlington, and Milton. View our service areas.
You'll start with paid onboarding and shadowing before taking on your own sessions. After that, you'll receive regular BCBA supervision and feedback, so you always know you're on the right track.
Because our team works directly with children, all new hires need a clear Vulnerable Sector Check. Registered Behaviour Analysts must also provide proof of RBA (Ont.) registration with the CPBAO.
It depends on the role and your availability. In most cases, though, we aim to move from first contact to an offer within a few weeks.
